Spier Wine Farm has got a range of fun to choose from this season with Spier's Light Art Show, festive picnics on The Werf and Spier's farm-to-table restaurant Eight will have a bountiful harvest table with festive inspired dishes to suit everyone's taste.
The Spier Light Art Show will be lit up till the end of January 2019, and don't miss the Comedy in the Vines with Barry Hilton on 29 December. New Years Eve celebrations will kick off on 31 December with Mix Flava's tunes to get you in the mood!
SPIER LIGHT ART SHOW
Join the opening ceremony of Spier’s first Light Art Show on Saturday 8 December or Sunday 9 December. Choreographed by Jay Pather, sound and light sculptures will be revealed as the audience follows the procession of performers across a multi-sensory, cross-cultural wonderland.

CHRISTMAS COURTYARD LUNCH
Spier will be hosting a buffet in the courtyard where there will be communal tables and a supervised play area for children – all while you kick back to the velvety sounds of the Jazz Trio. under 12.

COMEDY IN THE VINES
Put your feet up on the Werf lawn, with wine in hand and a picnic basket under the stars to enjoy an hour-long comedy show presented by stand-up legend Barry Hilton.
Thirty years of touring, six children, two ex-wives, a new wife, five DVDS, two movies, Vegas, Cleese, Connolly, millions of air miles and a Lifetime Achiever statue on his mantelpiece…. if Barry Hilton isn’t the quintessential South African comedy giant, no one is.
