The Dassie Suite, with its sitting room area and cosy fireplace in winter, has a great view of the vlei and is perfectly positioned allowing a view of the birdlife and majestic sunsets from the veranda. The three, newly renovated Otter Suites are close to the serene De Hoop Vlei. Wake up to the sound of the birds from the vlei and the perchance otter sightings from your room.
Meals, for all suites are included on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. All are connected to the larger Opstal area, the central base from which to explore the reserve, set amid an impressive array of wildlife and fynbos. The Fig Tree Restaurant in the Opstal area is open all day, every day and serves delicious meals prepared with locally sourced produce.
