The majestic splendour of KwaZulu-Natal is unparalleled. Boasting both sea and mountains plus great rivers, gorges and forests; travellers are spoiled for choice.

Apart from beautiful, the Northern parts of the province are also rich in history, from the consolidation of the Zulu nation, to the ethnic group’s infamous wars with the English and the Anglo-Boer wars.

This beautiful and sprawling lodge, with mesmerizing views is owned by Dr Wilson, a former surgeon who is passionate about the property and all it has to offer. Alan Wilson, a pilot and also Dr Wilson’s son, is a ball of energy and is a pro at what he does.

“Come here (to the Grey Goose Game Lodge) if you want peace and serenity and to be steeped in nature. This is far from the concrete jungle.” Wilson said.

You can also bear witness of the area’s incredible wildlife which offers a large field that has zebras, springbucks, red harteebes, wildebeest, blesbuck, ostriches, Egyptian geese, red mongooses and even tortoise.

“The lodge territory will get you up close with creatures both great and small and introduce you to the fascinating workings of our African ecosystem.

There is also something for the little ones to enjoy at the Kiddies Zone. The kid’s entertainment area guarantees fun for children.
