Swifties, your girl is allegedly a “bully”: Taylor Swift is caught up in some not-so-sweet drama.
The pop singer, who’s been ruling the charts for the past few years, is now facing accusations of mean girl behaviour from a TikTok user named Leanne, who claims they went to high school together.
Leanne dropped a video, which has since been deleted, where she hinted at a side of Swift from their school days that fans are not aware of.
She said: “One, we went to high school together, and two, I was the only pregnant girl when we started the school year in 2004. No worries, I’m not going to put you on blast.”
Leanne alleged that Swift made some harsh predictions about her and her now-19-year-old son, including speculation that she’d give him up for adoption.
Leanne wasn’t having any of it and fired back, “None of your predictions were right,” she said, adding, “The mic is in your hand now.”
In the alleged original TikTok caption, Leanne further stated: “During that time, while (Country Music Television) CMT was filming at Hendersonville High School, I was sent home because the school didn’t want a pregnant teen to be seen on TV with Taylor.”
According to Leanne, her teenage pregnancy led to her being kept out of school, and she’s accused Swift of being pro-life and complicit in hiding her pregnancy due to a filming crew.
Leanne says they both attended Hendersonville High School in Tennessee in 2004, the same year Swift was a student there.
Although Leanne’s original TikTok video has vanished from the platform, her claims are still circulating on social media.
While Taylor’s music might be hitting all the right notes, it seems her high school days are striking a discordant chord for some.
