Well-known celebrity sangoma Gogo Manzini, real name Tyra Sindane, is going under the knife for a major body transformation.

Gogo Manzini is headed to Turkey, which is renowned for plastic surgery, where she will undergo multiple plastic surgery procedures including the popular Brazilian butt lift (BBL), a tummy tuck, liposuction, rhinoplasty (nose job), fox eyes, and a breast augmentation.

“I want to look like a porcelain doll,” she says.

Turkey is renowned for aesthetic surgeries with demand for Brazilian butt lift (BBL), tummy tuck, liposuction, rhinoplasty, and breast aesthetic surgeries seeing many travel to the country.

Last year the businesswoman and media personality began her skin-lightening journey which has been going well, she has also previously gotten lip and face fillers.

“I want to perfect what needs perfection and adjust my body to my liking,” Gogo Manzini explained the procedures are intended to help boost her confidence and so she can wear any outfit without questioning her looks.

“No one can ever say they are 100 percent happy with their looks. Why not work on what God gave you? I have always wanted a BBL, so my expensive designer clothes can sit well on me”.

Gogo Manzini has done her research, choosing the right doctors, the best clinic, getting health checks and learning about the recovery process, the risks and types of medication  before making the major decision to get a makeover.

“I am very prepared as I know it will be worth it in the end to get my dream body,” she adds.

Gogo Manzini aims to remove the stigma through being open about her journey among transgender people. “Men go for tummy tucks, face lifts, and the works, but often do not talk about it."

“All risks and side effects were carefully considered but as the saying goes, life is about taking risks. I am doing it for my self-esteem and confidence which I always had all my life.

“Many men hide when they have had surgeries, and it’s time to normalise it among men and the LGBTQI community. There is no shame in seeking perfection, especially if you can afford it. Who says, sangomas should not look good?”
