Iconic fashion designer Calvin Klein and his younger partner, model Kevin Baker, found themselves in the spotlight after a video of their recent outing went viral.

Klein, who is 82 years old, nearly lost his balance while stepping out with Baker, who is 35, at the Vogue x Steven Klein event in New York.

As the video made its rounds on social media, many fans noticed that Baker didn’t even offer a helping hand to his older boyfriend as he wobbled; instead, a security personnel member intervened.

This seemingly small act - or lack thereof - has sparked comments online, with netizens quick to share their opinions about the couple's relationship and their 46-year age gap.

Klein and Baker have been together since around 2016, but they are notoriously private about their romance.

Despite this, they’ve been spotted attending red-carpet events, enjoying lunches, hitting the gym, and taking luxury vacations together in glamorous locations such as St. Barts and the Hamptons. Still, their significant age difference always puts them in the conversation spotlight.

Together with the video @PhilMphela cheekily wrote on X: "Bathong. Kevin Baker (36) couldn't even hold his 82 year old boyfriend, billionaire Calvin Klein. What if he fell? Then again ..."

The video raised eyebrows about Baker's reluctance to assist Klein.

Other social media users commented that Baker seemed embarrassed to be seen with Klein: "It's like the younger guy didn’t want anyone to know he was with him," commented @CalypshoClips.

The mixed reactions didn't stop there.

@mrs_milli00n said: "That old man deserves it. He has no business being with a man literally his grandkids age."

@khethangm1 wrote: "Yhoo the age difference is insane."

While many shared similar views, others stood up for the couple.
