Prepare for a night of comedy as Nik Rabinowitz presents his new show, “In Progress”, in the Mother City this weekend.

The renowned comedian’s latest act will include brand-new material, which offers the funny man’s sharp and witty look at modern life in all its absurdity. 

Attendees can expect some half-baked ideas alongside fully-formed jokes in preparation for Rabinowitz’s next Netflix special.

There will also be food and beverages on sale.

Dope Room: B2B Edition

Cape Town’s very own renowned musician, Dwson, is bringing this music event to the Mother City, where some of Mzansi’s top acts are set to rock the decks.

The line-up will include the producer, DJ and creative powerhouse himself, together with  Jullian Gomes, Ralf Gum and Chris Jay.

They will be joined by a heavyweight D&B sound system and LED visuals, and this event is a must-visit for fans of house and electronic music.

Where: The Alley at Paarden Eiland.

When: Saturday, May 9, from 8pm.

Mother’s Day Paint, Sip & Brunch

Celebrate the leading ladies in your life at this luxurious and fun-filled event.

Hosted at the 4-star Radisson Red hotel with a panoramic rooftop view of Cape Town, this intimate experience includes step-by-step painting guidance.

There will also be a welcome drink and complimentary freshly-baked pretzels. All materials are included, with snack plates that cater for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free participants.
