Meet the WOWCube, a high-tech reinvention of the classic 2x2 puzzle cube, featuring multiple computers and 24 video screens instead of coloured panels, allowing it to run unique interactive games.

Rather than a plain coloured sticker, each of the toy’s 24 squares is a 240×240 IPS display, with each of the eight “cubicle modules” hosting three of them, along with their own computer, gyroscope and battery.

Each of the displays can be set to show a solid colour for solving the basic Rubik’s Cube puzzle or used to play graphic animations allowing for dozens of different interactive 3D spacial games.

The WOWCube currently retails for $400 and is available from the Cubios website.
