Forget about sports mode because Crocs have officially entered game mode.
The brand has teamed up with Xbox to create the Xbox Classic Clog, and it is basically a controller you can wear on your feet.
For the gamers who treat their setup like a second home, this shoe is designed to look just like the controls you know so well.
The controller-meets-clog design takes the classic Xbox layout and turns it into something you can slip on while chilling at home or settling in for a couch co-op session.
The black and green design features a full lineup of familiar controller components.
You get two analogue sticks, the D-pad, the four face buttons, the Xbox guide button, plus the Menu, View and Share buttons.
The heel strap carries the Xbox logo, and the soles are marked with Xbox and the cheeky Player Left and Player Right tags.
According to the product description, these clogs are made to handle gaming marathons as easily as they handle holiday travels, so they are meant to be practical as well as eye-catching.
The limited edition range also includes a five-pack of Xbox-themed Jibbitz charms with characters and icons from Halo, Fallout, DOOM, World of Warcraft and Sea of Thieves.
Basically, you can decorate your shoes with some of the biggest names in gaming.
Microsoft says the collaboration is a fun extension of Xbox’s culture-driven approach to fans.
Gaming culture has exploded over the past decade, moving far beyond consoles and PCs.
Today, it is a global community where players bond over everything from high-stakes competitive matches to long, cosy nights of story-driven adventures.
It is no surprise that brands want in on the fun, especially when gaming is now one of the most mainstream entertainment spaces in the world.
This is not the first time Xbox has stepped into the fashion world.
Back in 2021, the company worked with Adidas to mark its 20th anniversary with a set of themed sneakers.
Crocs is equally known for its quirky collabs, having joined forces with stars like Justin Bieber, Post Malone, and Bad Bunny, as well as brands like KFC, McDonald's, and even Pringles.
So if you have ever wished your shoes could match your controller, Crocs and Xbox have just made it happen. Game on!
