A Polish millionaire has proven that money doesn't give you class after he snatched an autographed cap from a teenage boy seconds after being given it by tennis star Kamil Majchrzak at the US Open on Saturday, August 30.

Outraged internet sleuths soon tracked him down after the clip went viral on social media, revealing him to be the CEO of a Polish paving business, Piotr Szczerek, who doubled down, saying, "First come, first served".

The incident on Court 11, where Majchrzak cruised to victory against Karen Khachanov, involved him trying to hand his hat to a young fan, known as Brock, in the stands.

An older male standing right next to the child, however, snatched the hat and placed it into his own bag, held by a woman next to him..

"Scumbag", "trash" and "jack***" were just some of the terms used against Szczerek, who has threatened to sue those who have rubbished his image unless they remove their offensive posts.

According to Reddit, the company was inundated with poor reviews, further adding to the woes of the thoughtless adult, who incidentally has his own private tennis court at home.

"Omg what an absolute loser. Don’t be this guy. This guy is awful," one person said after seeing this incident at the US Open.

In July, the world was treated to a similar live stream when Astronomy CEO Andy Byron was caught in an embraced with the company’s Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot at a Coldplay concert, with Coldplay's lead singer, Chris Martin, commenting: "Either they're having an affair, or they're just very shy", since Byron ducked behind seats when he realised they were on the kiss camera.

Byron, who also had legal action on his mind for "invasion of privacy", was subsequently fired from the firm over his indiscretion.

But the story of the boy being bullied out of his cap did have a happy ending. Majchrzak posted on his Instagram whether anyone knew who the boy was, and promptly met up with him and gave him quite a few hats and gifts.
