Halloween may be today, but celebrities started getting into the spirit days ago, and they never just dress up. They go all out.

Think professional makeup artists, custom-made outfits and transformations so dramatic you might not even recognise them.

Here’s a look at our favourite stars who have already been dropping jaws with some truly spectacular costume reveals.

Paris Hilton

It seems like Paris Hilton has been celebrating Halloween all month, giving us multiple iconic looks.

The socialite and businesswoman truly outdid herself with a spot-on tribute to the pop princess herself.

For her Britney Spears costume, Paris recreated Britney's legendary red latex catsuit from the "Oops!... I Did It Again" music video.

The attention to detail, from the sleek ponytail to the confident pose, was absolutely chef's kiss.

She even posed with her husband, Carter Reum, who dressed as an astronaut, perhaps to fly her spaceship to Mars, just like in the video.

But Paris didn't stop there. She also channelled her inner fairytale as Tinker Bell, looking ethereal and playful.

And then, in a cute family moment, she and Carter dressed up as Bo Peep and Woody from Toy Story, with their kids joining the fun.

Finally, she served pure 80s glam as Madonna during her "Material Girl" era, complete with big hair and dazzling accessories.

Taraji P. Henson

The incredibly talented actress Taraji P. Henson paid one of the greatest tributes of the year to a true music legend: Janet Jackson.

Taraji didn't just pick one look; she channelled multiple iconic aesthetics from Janet's legendary The Velvet Rope era (1997).

Most notably, Taraji perfectly recreated the stylish, edgy, and beautiful looks from the "Got 'til It's Gone" music video.

The actress nailed the wardrobe, hair, and even the makeup to capture Janet's distinctive style from that time.

Janelle Monáe

When Janelle Monáe does Halloween, you know it's going to be art.

The singer, songwriter, and actress is known for her theatrical performances and unique style, and her Halloween costumes are no exception.

This year, Janelle gave us a chillingly accurate portrayal of Beetlejuice, the "ghost with the most."

From the striped suit to the wild hair and ghoulish makeup, she absolutely nailed the Tim Burton classic.

She also brought a beloved children's character to life, transforming into “The Cat in the Hat” from Dr Seuss, complete with the iconic striped hat and mischievous grin.

Keke Palmer

Actress Keke Palmer always brings the energy, and her Halloween costumes are no different. This year, she celebrated some iconic music and film moments.

She absolutely crushed it as Snoop Dogg, perfectly capturing his signature style and swagger.

What made this even better? Her adorable son, Leodis, joined her as Bow Wow, recreating their classic "Bow Wow (That's My Name)" music video.

Chlöe Bailey

Singer Chlöe Bailey paid homage to a legendary performance by one of her biggest inspirations.

She looked absolutely stunning as Foxxy Cleopatra, Beyoncé's character from “Austin Powers in Goldmember.”

She perfectly embodied the disco-era spy's powerful and glamorous look, complete with the signature afro and gold ensemble.

Megan Thee Stallion

Megan Thee Stallion is known for her love of anime, and she brought that passion to her Halloween costume.

Megan transformed into Choso from the popular anime series “Jujutsu Kaisen.”

Her dedication to the character was evident in the detailed costume and makeup, showcasing her appreciation for the animated world.

Winnie Harlow

Model Winnie Harlow paid a beautiful tribute to one of music's greatest voices.

Winnie transformed into the legendary Whitney Houston, recreating one of her iconic looks with elegance and grace.

These celebrities have set the bar incredibly high with their creativity and dedication. We're on the edge of our seats, eagerly awaiting more reveals from other stars.

And of course, we're especially looking forward to seeing what the undisputed Queen of Halloween, Heidi Klum, will come up with this year for her legendary annual party.
