Congratulations are in order for American celebrity couple Pete Davidson and his girlfriend, Elsie Hewitt, who revealed that they are pregnant.
The British-born model took to Instagram to reveal to the world that she is going to be a mom.
She shared carousel pictures, giving fans a glimpse of her and Davidson’s love, accompanied by a video which shows the love birds at what appears to be an ultrasound appointment, confirming the pregnancy news.
In another picture, she shared with the world a scan of their growing bundle of joy.
Announcing the joyful news, Hewitt chose a quirky and playful caption.
“Welp, now everyone knows we had sex,” the model captioned her post.
Davidson’s dream of becoming a dad has come true after he revealed in 2022 his desire to become a dad during his appearance on Kevin Hart’s talk show, “Hart to Heart”.
He said: “My favourite thing ever, which I’m yet to achieve, is I wanna have a kid. It’s super corny, but it would be so fun to dress up a little dude.”
He further added: "I’m so excited for that chapter, so that’s kind of what I’m just preparing for now, is trying to be like good as a dude and develop and get better so when that happens it’s just easier."
The pregnancy announcement comes after the pair went Instagram official in March, and two months later, they made their official red carpet debut.
According to “People”, a source revealed that the couple have moved in together nearly two months after they confirmed their relationship.
This year has proven to be a year of many celebrities entering the chapter of parenthood. Davidson and Hewitt are the recent celeb couple that have announced their pregnancy news, among many other celebs who have done so in the first half of the year.
The couple was congratulated as they embarked on a new chapter of their lives.
“Congratulations Elsie! I’m very happy for you. Sending you love,” a social media user wrote.
Another user added: “Congratulations to you both.”
