Friends and followers have congratulated musician and reality TV star Londie London (real name Londiwe Zulu) on her latest business venture.

The Real Housewives of Durban star took to Instagram to announce her plans to expand her hair empire by opening a new salon in the leafy suburbs of Johannesburg.

In a video showcasing the space where she will set up shop, London expressed her excitement, saying, “Big Girl moves only. One of many 🤞🏾.”

Her friends and followers were quick to congratulate her.

Another user, @coachlindiwemohaule_, said: “A girl working on her feet 🙌🙌🙌.”

@ezinhle_mbali commented: “Winning. I’m so happy for you.”

While@asanda_pam92 said: “You deserve the world, mama.”

Having faced scrutiny on the show regarding what she does for a living, the mother of two is determined to prove her critics wrong.

She ventured into entrepreneurship following her separation from her ex-fiancé and father of her children, Hlubi Nkosi.

She recently opened up about the misconceptions surrounding her in On the Couch with Wendy Mbatha

“The fact that I get money through men - I hate it. It always follows me. There’s a new misconception now; just because I went on another podcast and shared that I went through a rough time and had to pick myself up, people think I’m broke and that I don’t have a house or a car.

"It surprises me, and thinking about who started these rumours baffles me. It’s just sad that people are still saying things like that,” she said.

In July, London announced her intention to take legal action against Gagasi FM presenter Minnie Ntuli, following a video of an altercation between the two on The Real Housewives of Durban season five.

The clash culminated in Ntuli hurling insults and repeatedly poking Zulu in the forehead, leaving both Zulu and viewers stunned.

Following the incident, fans of the show called for Ntuli to be dismissed.

Reflecting on the incident, Zulu stated, “Life has thrown so much at me, but I always come out stronger. I’ve realised that I’m incredibly resilient and that I won’t be easily shaken by outside noise.”
